PT Hutama Karya (Persero) - PT HK or known as Hutama Karya is a top five state-owned civil engineering and general contractors firms in Indonesia. Hutama Karya was established in 1961 as a nationalization results of Hollandsch Beton Maatschappij, a Dutch East Indies general contractors company. As a state-owned company, Hutama Karya is owned by the Government of Indonesia. At present, the Government of Indonesia holds 100% shares in Hutama Karya. The state-owned civil engineering and general contractors firms is headquartered in Jakarta and now operates 7 regional offices nationwide, located in Medan, Palembang, Jakarta, Surabaya, Denpasar, Balikpapan, and Makassar. Hutama Karya also supported by 3 directly-owned subsidiaries, namely PT HK Realtindo, PT Pole Haka (Hakapole), and PT Hakaaston. Hutama Karya achieved positive performance in 2013. Total net income continue to grow by 20.64% to Rp130.13 billion from Rp107.86 billion in 2012,

In order to strengthen its business fundamentals, PT Hutama Karya (Persero) seeks extraordinarily talented personnel to fill in the challenging positions:

1. Pimpinan Proyek (PIMPRO)

Requirements
  • S1 Civil.
  • Previous experience as KAPRO in road/bridge projects or equivalent with toll road with minimum contract value worth of Rp 100 billion per year.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience.
2. Manager Teknik (MT)

Requirements
  • S1 Civil.
  • Previous experience as Site Engineering Manageger in road/bridge projects or equivalent with toll road with minimum contract value worth of Rp 100 billion per year.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience.
3. Pimpinan Bagian Proyek (PIMBAGPRO)

Requirements
  • S1 Civil.
  • Previous experience as Site Operation Manageger in road/bridge projects or equivalent with toll road with minimum contract value worth of Rp 100 billion per year.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience.
4. Manager Keuangan Proyek (MKP)

Requirements
  • S1 Accounting, Management.
  • Previous experience as Site Administration Manageger in road/bridge projects or equivalent with toll road with minimum contract value worth of Rp 100 billion per year.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience.
5. Inspector/Pengawas Proyek (INS)

Requirements
  • S1 Civil.
  • Previous experience as Site Operation Manageger or QC in road/bridge projects or equivalent with toll road with minimum contract value worth of Rp 50 billion per year.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience.
6. Quality Control (QC)

Requirements
  • S1 Civil.
  • Previous experience as Site Engineering Manageger in road/bridge projects or equivalent with toll road with minimum contract value worth of Rp 50 billion per year.
7. Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Requirements
  • S1 Civil.
  • Previous experience as Site Engineering Manageger or QS in road/bridge projects or equivalent with toll road with minimum contract value worth of Rp 50 billion per year.
General Requirements
  1. Have a good integrity, leadership, directing and organizing ability, the ability to communicate and negotiate and professional in his/her field.
  2. Able to establish the cooperation of teamwork.
  3. Understanding the project management, project planning & controlling, cost control, cash flow, quality management, K3 & environment.
  4. Able to manage the finance, accounting, taxation, personnel & general (no. 4).
  5. Able to oversee the implementation of projects, technical specifications and materials, work methods, quality control projects (no. 5).
  6. Able to describe the technical specifications, tools calibration and material testing, quality control project (no.6)
  7. Able to describing the technical specifications, project cost control, controlling the volume and material of works, design changes and project quality control (No.7)
  8. Certified (SKA) "Ahli Utama/Madya" in the field of Roads & Bridges, Project Menagement and procurements of Goods and Services.
