PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (Persero) - PT PPI (Persero)
commonly known as Indonesian Trading Company (ITC) is the only
state-owned company in Indonesia with strong business focus in the field of
trading (general trading and wholesale trading), export, import, and
distribution. Indonesian Trading Company was formed by the Government of
Indonesia as a merger results of 3 state-owned trading companies. In 2003, PT
Dharma Niaga (Persero), PT Tjipta Niaga (Persero), and PT Pantja Niaga (Persero)
were amalgamated into PT Perusahaan Perdagangan Indonesia (Persero). Head
quartered in Jakarta, Indonesian Trading Company now manages 34 branches
nationwide and supported by 3 subsidiaries/affiliates, consist of PT Dharma
Niaga Putra Steel, PT Trisari Veem, and PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia. In terms
of financial performance, Indonesian Trading Company posted total revenue of Rp
1,484 billion in 2013 or decreased by 50.26% from Rp 2,985 billion in 2012.
Meanwhile, total comprehensive income of ITC
in 2013 down by 69.87% to reach Rp 18.21 compared with Rp 60.47 billion in 2012.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) or Master (S2) holder in Law or equivalent.
- Have a good knowledge and skills in contract negotiations, contract preparation, industrial relation, industrial relation management.
- Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field, preferably Staff specilizing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-time position(s) available.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) holder in Economics, Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.
- Have a good knowledge and skills in taxation, pph 21, tax computations.
- Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field, preferably Staff specilizing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
