- PT SMI (Persero) or later known as PT SMI is a reputable state-owned
infrastructure financing company in Indonesia with more than 5 years of
experience in providing financial services to infrastructure projects, including
loan, mezzanine and equity, project preparation and infrastructure advisory. PT
SMI is based in Jakarta and is fully controlled by the Government of Indonesia
through the Minister of Finance Republic of Indonesia. In terms of financial
performance, PT
SMI has recorded a good performance in 2014. PT SMI managed to increase
its total revenue by 39.62%, from Rp 424 billion in 2013 to Rp 592 billion in
2014. Total net profit rose by 19.8% to Rp 248 billion compared to Rp 207
billion in 2013.
In line with its continued expansion program, PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following positions
HR Analyst
Requirements
- Not over 28 years of age.
- Minimum S1 in Accounting/Finance, Mathematics or Statistics.
- At least 1 year of experience in compensation and benefits management or data statistics.
- Strong ability and experience to support and manage compensation and benefits schemes of employees.
- Strong knowledge and good understanding about Indonesia Tax (PPh-21), tax calculation, Indonesia wages and labour regulations will be highly prioritized.
- A high level of computer ability (Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excell, Pivot table and data statistics).
- Strong knowledge of HRIS will be highly prioritized.
- String analytical skill, accuracy, and detail oriented.
- Able to work individually or in a team.
Requirements
- Not over 40 years of age.
- Minimum S1 or S2 in Project Management from a leading university.
- At least 10 years of experience in the related field as senior staff project management in government project, consultant or oil and gas company.
- Strong knowledge and experience related with planning, construction, operation in oil and gas projects.
- Certified project management will be highly prioritized.
- Prior working experience on the feasibility study of oil and gas project, especially oil refinery project.
- Experience in the field of transactions of oil and gas projects.
- Strong ability and experience in technical coordination with consultant.
- Strong knowledge and good understanding about infrastucture project in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge and good understanding about public private partnership.
- Able to work individually or in a team.
- Operating knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent level of English and Bahasa (spoken and writing) is a must.
Requirements
- Not over 40 years of age.
- Minimum S1 or S2 in Project Management from a leading university.
- At least 7 years of experience in the related position in consultant, government project, infrastucture project.
- Strong knowledge and experience in government procurement regulation and international best practice, especially to handle procurement of consultant services.
- Certified national procurement expert and project management will be highly prioritized.
- Strong ability and experience in managing and monitoring staff, consultant, expert staff in project work activities.
- Able to develop and operate IT System and database.
- Strong ability and experience in recruiting expert staff and consultant.
- Strong knowledge and good understanding about infrastucture project in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge and good understanding about public private partnership.
- Able to work individually or in a team.
- Operating knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent level of English and Bahasa (spoken and writing) is a must.
Requirements
- Not over 30 years of age.
- Minimum S1 in Project Management, Engineering from a leading university.
- At least 3 years of experience in the related position in consultant, government project, infrastucture project.
- Strong knowledge and experience in government procurement regulation and international procurement best practice, especially to handle procurement of consultant services.
- Certified national procurement expert will be highly prioritized.
- Strong knowledge and experience to manage, coordination, and monitoring job report from external consultant/expert staff.
- Having involved in the procurement process of National and International consultant service.
- Strong knowledge and good understanding about infrastucture project in Indonesia.
- Strong knowledge and good understanding about public private partnership.
- Able to work individually or in a team.
- Operating knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent level of English and Bahasa (spoken and writing) is a must.
