(Persero) was first established in 1984 as a Futures Clearing House named PT
Kliring dan Jaminan Bursa Komoditi (Persero). In 2001, PT Kliring dan Jaminan
Bursa Komoditi (Persero) transformed into PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia
(Persero). Headquartered in Jakarta, the organizational structure of

KBI (Persero) consist of 6 divisions and 1 unit. PT KBI

decline of 30.73% from Rp 62,501 million in 2012 mainly due to lower futures and
derivative transaction.
