Purpose of Job:
We seek a passionate and dynamic Supply Chain Staff to support our Logistic Department in production plan as well. The applicant needs to demonstrate a “can do” attitude, be able to work independently in a fast paced environment and possessed a good command of English. You should have supply chain experience, be flexible, quick to adapt and comfortable to work on a range of tasks spanning from production planning, data entry and import knowledge. Diligence, reliability and meeting agreed deadlines are important requirements. The candidate will be hired as a contract employee for six months while replacing employee who are on maternity leave.
Responsibilities:
- Male / Female, age between 25 – 35 years old
- Good command of English (speaking and writing)
- Bachelor Degree from reputable University
- Background in Accountancy is beneficial
- Having minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Production planning and PO forecast
- Sales and Stock reporting
- Supplier invoice to system
- Purchase Order administration
- Handling import process and coordination with foreign supplier & forwarder
- Packaging and Raw material procurement
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, proof reading and collating complex information into reports
- Excellent computer skills with specific experience of working with databases, MS Office applications and Excel spreadsheets is mandatory
- Knowledge of accurate system is beneficial
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Fresh Graduates are welcome with strong knowledge in computer, database, English and administrative skills
