Minimum Requirements:
- Age maximum 45 years old
- Bachelor Degree (Engineering) or equivalent
- Having min 15 year experience in EPCI company with 5 year experience in managerials
- Good knowledge of industry standard business support systems i.e. project planning packages, cost management systems, ISO9001 quality management systems
- Have a track record of developing accounts within the EPCI market place
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill
- Excellent leadership and communication skill
- Excellent in time management and planning skills
- Fluent in English both oral and written is a must
Project Manager - Timas Suplindo
Minimum Requirements:
- Age maximum 45 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to do projects scheduler and cost control.
- Having experience in preparing the technical & commercial proposals.
- Expert in Ms. Project and S. Curve.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to cleary and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management and client.
- Ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage change.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin (will be high advantage).
- Project contract position available.
Logistic Supervisor - Timas Suplindo
Minimum Requirements:
- Min 35 years old
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree
- Have min 9 years of experience in logistic
- Have good knowledge of export import procedure, custom and international trading, shipment rules and regulations
- Familiar with custom clearance and Logistic
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English
Project Control Manager (Fabrication Shop) - Timas Suplindo
Minimum Requirements:
- Max. age 45 years old
- Min. S1 Engineering or equivalent
- Have min. 15 years of working experience in Oil & Gas/ Construction company or Fabrication
- Expert in Ms. Office; Ms. Project
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Having knowledge and understanding of the drawings and specifications, general contract and subcontract documents, materials, means and methods.
- Having experience in preparing the technical & commercial proposals.
- Expert in Ms. Project and S. Curve.
- Willing to be located in Serang, West Java
Fabrication Manager - Timas Suplindo
Minimum Requirements:
- Max. age 45 years old
- Min. S1 Engineering or equivalent
- Have min. 15 years of working experience in Oil & Gas/ Construction company or Fabrication
- Have working knowledge of codes & standards such as ASME, DOT, API, OSHA, and AWS inspection procedures.
- Expert in MS Project for project scheduling
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership, supervisory skills, organizational, problem solving, and project management skill.
- Willing to be located in Serang, West Java
