MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER for Gates & Penstocks of Hydro Power Plant - Andritz Hydro

Specific Requirements & Duties;

Developing detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, dies/tools, and controls, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment.
Coordinating with other engineers to design, lay out, or detail components and systems and to resolve design or other problems.
Reviewing and analyzing specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.
Modifying and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems
Having experience and sustain working knowledge of model/layout space and dimensioning components.
Applying design and engineering to illustrate visual instructions that relate technical specifications, including dimensions, arrangements and installation procedures.
Collaborating with engineers to receive instructions and resolve design issues.
Clarifying design details and receives feedback for improvements.
Responsible for training and overseeing other designers, drafters and technicians.

General Requirements;

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75 (4 scale).
Minimum 5 years of field experiences in mechanical design of Hydro Power Plants.
Good command in English both written and spoken is a must, and German will be an advantage.
Good and pleasant personality, hardworking and fast learner.
Able to communicate effectively, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
Proficient with MS Words, MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution.
Willing to work in a team and under pressure.
Having knowledge on ISO & OHSAS will be an advantage.

MECHANICAL DRAFTSMAN for Gates & Penstocks of Hydro Power Plant - Andritz Hydro

Specific Requirements & Duties;

Preparing engineering drawings, detail plans and specifications.
Preparing Bills of Material.
Developing detailed designs for mechanical equipment and controls.
Provide details on component descriptions.
Applying design and engineering to illustrate visual instructions that relate technical specifications, including dimensions, arrangements and installation procedures.
Collaborating with engineers to receive instructions and resolve design issues.
Clarifying design details and receives feedback for improvements.
Responsible for training and overseeing other drafters and technicians.

General Requirements;

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER - Andritz Hydro

Specific Requirements & Duties;

Analyzing potential and existing markets of Hydro Power Plant in order to identify business opportunities.
Knowing product knowledge & market pricing, able to create new market and sales opportunity.
Developing and maintaining good customer relationship for the future growth of the company.
Providing support to sales & marketing team, in the area of developing strategies for company’s product and promotions.
Preparing presentations, proposals, and various sales tools on effective development of business opportunities for the Company.
Regularly provide updates on the market competition analysis and knowledge to the sales and service department.

General Requirements;

Female/Male, Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75 (4 scale).
Minimum 3 years of experiences in Hydro Power Plants.
Excellent interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, sales skill and presentation skill.
Able to communicate effectively, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
Good analysis and negotiation skills, hardworking and fast learner.
Good command in English both written and spoken is a must, and German will be an advantage.
Proficient and computer literate minimum in MS Words, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
Willing to work in a team and under pressure.
Willing to travel.
Having knowledge on ISO & OHSAS will be an advantage.
